Mike really puts the ‘personal’ in personal training.
He not only keeps me going towards my ultimate fitness goals but constantly monitors the feedback from my body in terms of any specific pains, stiffness, etc. and continually tweaks my routine – even in the course of an individual session - to adjust to this as well as my variable work routine. I suffer from chronic back problems and since working with Mike I have almost completely gone off any medication. I now have the strength, stamina and range of motion to enjoy many outdoor activities that would have otherwise been difficult before, and it keeps getting better.
Mike Almocera has trained me for over two years. I am 58 years old. I have never been sore but I have gotten progressively stronger. Because of his background in Physical therapy and his knowledge of body mechanics and his keen observation and patience he is able to detect weaknesses, imbalances, as well as abilities and strength and use this knowledge to advance one's training. He is also cute, funny and a delight to see every week. Do yourself a favor and try to get on his schedule before he is booked up.
I highly recommend Mike. very motivational, cheerful, also very patience. Really takes the time to know you and at the same time Will give you plenty of advices on what works better for your physical health. I'm very happy with my results!!
